What is the composition of Mulebar energy purees?

Our fruit purees contain a minimum of 45% fruits and vegetables (up to 50% for banana). The rest is brown rice syrup for a quick energy boost. No artificial flavor, no chemical preservative. The Apricot and Banana purees are organic.

Are all energy gels vegan and gluten-free?
Yes, all our energy compotes are vegan and gluten-free. The Apricot and Banana compotes are also certified organic.

Which perfumes are available?

7 perfumes: Apricot (organic), Banana (organic), Pineapple Coconut, Chestnut, Strawberry Currant Beet, Orange Carrot Lemon, and Sweet Potato Orange Carrot. Original recipes with fruits and vegetables with recognized benefits (beet, sweet potato, carrot).

Where are the fruit purees made?

The fruit purees are made in France, the chestnut is produced in Ardèche. 65g format in a resealable flexible pouch (Gualapack), rectangular and easy to store.

What is the energy contribution of applesauce?
Between 127 and 153 kcal per compote depending on the flavors, with 32 to 35g of carbohydrates. More carbohydrates than an energy gel (27g) for more sustainable energy.

USAGE & PERFORMANCE

When to consume an energy puree?
A few minutes before the need for energy: before a bike climb, to recharge during a run, or during long outings. The fluid texture makes it easy to consume during exertion, even when nothing else goes down during endurance races like the marathon, triathlon, or trail.

What is the difference between a fruit puree and an energy gel?
A gel is a syrup of carbohydrates and water. A compote is a mixture of fruit/vegetable puree and carbohydrates, thicker and more nourishing. Both are used in the same way, but the compote contains more carbohydrates (30-35g vs 27g) for longer-lasting energy.

How to properly use the resealable cap?
The cap closes easily for multiple uses according to your needs. There's no reason to throw the bottle away in nature once you're done. Some dilute the purees in a little water to make them even more liquid.

Do compotes go well during exercise?
Yes, the fluid texture and excellent digestive tolerance make it an ideal liquid nutrition. It's better to drink a little water right after to wash away the sweet taste.

We deliver everywhere, even lost in the mountains!

Shipping costs are free for orders over €70 in mainland France - €100 in Europe. Internationally, outside of Europe, shipping costs depend on the delivery country and the weight of the order. We do not make any profit on shipping.

How long before I receive my order?

Your order ships the same day if you place it before 12 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a Colissimo tracking number by email as soon as your package is shipped. Delivery in 2 to 3 working days in mainland France.

Abroad: expect 8 working days.

During peak periods (French Days, UTMB...), preparation may take up to 48 hours. But we will do our best to expedite it.
