Some therefore prefer to throw them away rather than soil their beautiful bags or clothes. Our gels with their truly resealable caps do not leak. There is therefore no reason to throw it into the environment.
Otherwise you can use our silicone vials which exist in a 60ml (2 gels) or 150ml (5 gels). This is much cheaper and also helps reduce plastic packaging.

This results in too much sugar intake which can have a counterproductive effect during exercise (Hypo reaction, cotton legs, etc.). A regular supply to your body is better than the "yo-yo effect".
