This combination may seem surprising for the French but it is a Proust madeleine for the Anglo-Saxons because the “PBJ” for peanut butter & jelly, that is to say a mixture of peanut butter and raspberry jam spread on sandwich bread, is the favorite snack of young people... and adults. It's in fact our bread, butter, jam.
