Description
We've been dreaming of this new vegan Chocolate protein bar for months!
All our testers, ambassadors and friends of the brand have confirmed, this bar is killer! Not only is it ultra crispy thanks to the soy protein balls but also it is ultra delicious with good chocolate all for only 5 grams of sugar and 3 grams of lipids per bar.
Proteins are one of the 3 macronutrients with lipids and carbohydrates found in our diet. They are necessary for the proper functioning of our body.
A sedentary adult must consume 0.8g per kg of body weight (an 80kg man needs 64g per day). An athletic adult (trailer for example) or who wants to gain muscle mass can go up to 2g per Kg of body weight or 160g of protein per day.
Unlike protein bars generally composed of Whey (from milk), this bar is not at all pasty or floury when chewed, thanks to the use of vegetable soy protein.
It will therefore be perfect for recovery after a competition or good session sports (proteins help rebuild muscle cells broken during exercise) or snacking to have fun.
It was tested throughout the summer of 2022 in conditions of ultimate heat and we guarantee that the chocolate does not stick to the paper (the bar is not coated in chocolate), so you will not lose any crumbs.
All you have to do is test it but be careful, you will become addicted!!!
This 40g bar is certified vegan and contains 10.5g of plant-based proteins.
The pack of 4 chocolate protein bars or the box of 15 chocolate protein bars will help you save money.
If you like chocolate bars, you will probably fall in love with our chocolate orange bar. Try it right away !
Benefits
- Oats are an excellent source of sustainable energy thanks to their complex carbohydrates. It is also rich in dietary fiber, which promotes satiety and healthy digestion. Oatmeal is rich in essential nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It has a low glycemic index, which helps keep sugar levels stable. In addition, it promotes muscle recovery by replenishing glycogen stores after training.
- Soy protein balls provide a lot of crispy to this bar which makes it very light and pleasant to eat. Soy protein helps you gain muscle mass. Rich in amino acids, it helps fight bad cholesterol and reduces the risk of cardiovascular accidents.
- Chicory extract is rich in fiber and minerals. Naturally caffeine-free and low in calories, chicory stimulates the intestinal flora, promotes the assimilation of calcium and iron, ensures digestion and strengthens natural defenses.
- Brown rice syrup is a sugar produced from rice fermentation. It is an excellent alternative to sugars because it allows the body to gradually assimilate it. Its flavor is mild and its consistency resembles honey.
- Soy protein isolate is considered a complete source of protein, which means it contains a high amount of 9 essential amino acids. This is one of the reasons why it is preferred over whey protein by some people, whether they are vegan, vegetarian or not.
- Dark chocolate is good for the heart. It has benefits for the entire cardiovascular system. It would even allow better concentration and better cognitive and memory results. It is a natural antidepressant, good for morale and daily stress reducer.
- Rapeseed oil is thus rich in omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9. The very good level of vitamin E it contains (around 30 milligrams per 100 grams of oil) also makes it very beneficial for the skin. An antioxidant, this vitamin fights the proliferation of free radicals and prevents skin aging.
When it's good and well done there is no reason to hide it !
