    Bonjour Cyrille Il faut bien une protection pour éviter que les gens ne goutent le produit en magasin. Qu'est ce qui vous empêche de retirer l'opercule avant la course pour éviter de le faire pendant?

5 available flavors: Salted caramel (gluten-free), Coffee (vegan, 100mg of caffeine), Cherry (vegan and gluten-free, antioxidant), Lemon ginger guarana (vegan and gluten-free, 50mg of caffeine), Apple (vegan and gluten-free). Each gel weighs 37g.

What are the ingredients of Mulebar gels?
The gels mainly contain brown rice syrup, agave syrup, and natural ingredients according to the flavors: cherry juice, natural coffee, guarana extract, cocoa, skimmed milk powder (caramel), Himalayan pink salt crystals. The Coffee gel contains malted barley syrup.

Are Mulebar energy gels vegan and gluten-free?

Coffee, Cherry, Lemon, and Apple are vegan and gluten-free. The Salted Caramel gel contains skimmed milk powder (gluten-free but not vegan). The Coffee gel contains malted barley (vegan but not gluten-free).

What is the caffeine content of gels?

The Coffee gel contains 100mg of caffeine (one of the most caffeinated gels on the market). The Lemon ginger guarana gel contains 50mg of caffeine. The other flavors do not contain any.

What is a gel eco-charge?

The eco-refills are 444g pouches that allow you to refill reusable gel tubes. One eco-refill = 12 gels for the price of 8 (36% discount). Less single-use plastic, more economical.

When to use each gel fragrance?

Cherry and Apple Gel: start of the race. Salted Caramel and Lemon Gel: middle and end of the race. Coffee Gel: end of races, major difficulties, or night races thanks to its high caffeine content (100mg).

How to use the resealable cap?
The cap closes easily for multiple servings, which prevents blood sugar spikes. You can divide your intake according to your needs during exercise.

How do reusable tubes work?

After use, rinse the tube with hot water. You can then refill it with the 444g eco-refills, which are more economical and environmentally friendly. The rounded edges of the tube do not puncture delicate technical fabrics.

Are gels digestible?

Yes, very fluid texture and easy to digest, no digestive issues. The gels are soluble in water like a syrup to make a hydrogel if you prefer an even more liquid texture.

Shipping costs are free for orders over €70 in mainland France - €100 in Europe. Internationally, outside of Europe, shipping costs depend on the delivery country and the weight of the order. We do not make any profit on shipping.

How long before I receive my order?

Your order ships the same day if you place it before 12 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a Colissimo tracking number by email as soon as your package is shipped. Delivery in 2 to 3 working days in mainland France.
