Benefits
- Brown rice syrup is a sugar produced from rice fermentation. It is an excellent alternative to sugars because it allows the body to gradually assimilate it. The flavor is mild and its consistency resembles honey.
- Oats are an excellent sustainable source of energy thanks to its complex carbohydrates. It is also rich in dietary fiber, which promotes satiety and healthy digestion.
