A sedentary adult must consume 0.8g per kg of body weight (an 80kg man needs 64g per day). An athletic adult (trailer for example) or who wants to gain muscle mass can go up to 2g per Kg of body weight or 160g of protein per day.
Unlike protein bars generally composed of Whey (from milk), this bar is not at all pasty or floury when chewed, thanks to the use of vegetable soy protein.
