This 444g gel eco-refill can fill 12 tubes of Mulebar 37g resealable gels rinsed with hot water or 6 60ml silicone vials or 3 soft flasks of 150ml. A good way to put an end to plastic gel tubes, it's ecological!

This results in too much sugar intake which can have a counterproductive effect during exercise (Hypo reaction, cotton legs...). A regular supply to your body is better than the "yo-yo effect".
Remember to hydrate regularly after each dose to remove sugar from your mouth. Allow approximately 500ml of water per hour. If you wait until you are thirsty to drink it will be too late.
