Usage tips
We advise you to take 1 tube of gel every 45 minutes during exercise (in order to provide 30g of carbohydrates per hour for efforts of less than 3 hours) at the rate of a third of a tube every 1/ 4 hours. That's why we put the cap on. The gel is resealable, so you don't need to consume it all in one go. This results in too much sugar intake which can have a counterproductive effect during exercise (hyporeaction, cotton legs, etc.). A regular supply to your body is better than the "yo-yo effect".
Remember to hydrate regularly after each dose to remove sugar from your mouth. Allow approximately 500ml of water per hour. If you wait until you are thirsty to drink it will be too late.
In addition to regular physical activity, it is recommended to maintain a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
